The Origin
In the modern enterprise, there exists a profound disconnect. Leadership invests heavily in culture, values, and well-being initiatives, yet these efforts often dissipate before reaching the individual employee.
We observed that corporate culture was becoming a broadcast rather than a conversation. Directives were issued, but feelings were not shared. The intention was noble, but the transmission was flawed.
"How can we make culture felt, not just heard?"
This question drove us to explore the intersection of ambient technology and organizational psychology. We realized that to bridge this gap, we needed a medium that was both omnipresent and invisible—a tool that could carry the weight of corporate values while lightening the emotional load on the employee.
Coethos was born from this necessity. We are not just building hardware; we are engineering the transmission layer for empathy in the workplace.
